The money will be debited from your account once we have dispatched the parcel. Until then, the funds are merely reserved. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you have a discount code or a gift voucher, you can use it when you place your order. Your discount code or gift voucher will then be redeemed and deducted from your order total. You can enter your discount code when you go to your basket.

It may take up to 14 days from the time we receive your return parcel until the money is credited to your account. As soon as we receive your parcel, we will do our best to ensure that you receive the money as quickly as possible. We aim to process the refund on the same day we receive the parcel, but it may take up to 3 working days for the refund to be processed. In addition, it may take 1–3 working days for the money to appear in your account. Please note that the processing time is calculated from the moment we receive the parcel at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to the card used when you placed your order. Unfortunately, for security reasons, we cannot refund the money to a different account.
