Have you received a product that doesn’t fit, didn’t live up to your expectations, or is this a complaint?

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the process of returning the item you wish to return and selecting a replacement. Please follow the guide carefully so that we can process your return quickly. We offer a 14-day returns policy and a 101-day exchange policy for gift vouchers or other products. The delivery charge will be deducted from the amount you receive as a refund. If you exchange the item for a different size or a gift voucher, we will cover both the return and the new delivery charges.
