Which personal data does TeeShoppen collect?

We collect personal data from you as a customer when you complete a purchase on our website. This includes your first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number and what you have bought.

If you pay via Klarna AB, you give Klarna your personal identification number. Klarna stores your data, and TeeShoppen can see your personal identification number without the last four digits. You can choose to hide the first digits from us as well by deselecting this in Klarna.

Before we can process your personal data, you must actively accept our terms of purchase on the payment pages of our website. By accepting the terms of purchase, you consent to us processing your personal data in order to complete your orders. You also confirm that you are above the minimum age that applies at any time in your EU home country.

By actively clicking "Go to payment", I accept the terms of purchase at TeeShoppen (TeeRetail ApS). I also confirm that I am authorised to approve the processing of personal data under applicable law.

What do we use your personal data for?

At TeeShoppen (TeeRetail ApS), we collect, store and process the data needed to complete your purchase. That means we store data about the products you have ordered, your address and your payment method so that we can deliver your order. The legal basis is therefore that we need your personal data to complete a purchase you have placed with us.

Your personal data is used to deliver your order to your physical address. Your IP address, email address and payment details are used to verify your payment and to check for fraudulent use of your card details.

In some cases, we use your personal data for anonymous customer surveys that help us improve our online presence.

We protect your personal data and never use it for anything other than what you, as a customer, have actively agreed to and what is described in this policy.

How do we handle your personal data?

TeeShoppen (TeeRetail ApS) uses encrypted communication via Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which protects your personal data when you shop on our websites. Card details are handled exclusively by the financial institution, which also uses SSL to protect your data. When our employees handle personal data, they follow a security policy and process that ensure your data is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable law.

Your personal data is handled only by the parties involved in processing your purchase. Your details are not passed on to anyone else.

When you accept our terms of purchase, and with them this privacy policy, we store your personal data indefinitely. You have the right to contact us and receive the information we hold about you as a customer, to have your data corrected, and to have all your data deleted from all our data sources.

TeeShoppen (TeeRetail ApS) uses cookies to give you the best possible experience on our websites. Personal data is not stored in cookies, so cookies cannot be used to track a specific person. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit websites. When you accept cookies on our website, they are used for website functions, statistics and marketing in the countries where this is permitted. We use both first-party and third-party cookies.

Marketing

If you consent to receiving marketing from TeeShoppen, you can unsubscribe at any time through the channel you received it on, for example email or SMS.

TeeShoppen (TeeRetail ApS) reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time, where necessary to comply with applicable law or to correct errors. All changes will be published in this document.
