How long does delivery take? +
As a general rule, it takes 1–3 working days for you to receive your parcel. If you place your order in the evening, it may take an extra day. We reserve the right to make exceptions in the event of unforeseen circumstances that delay delivery.
To return your order, please use our returns portal via the link here. You’ll also find answers to all your questions about returns there. Once you’ve handed in your parcel at the parcel shop, it may take up to 10 working days for your return to be approved. In many cases, however, it’s often processed more quickly.

You will receive a track & trace number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can track your parcel on the courier’s website using the tracking number you received in your email. If you don’t know your tracking number, you can log in to ‘My Account’ and find it there. You’ll find it at the bottom of the page.

It all began in a modest attic room in Aalborg. With just 3 square metres to work with and a young man’s dreams burning brightly, TeeShoppen was born. Benjamin, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, decided to invest his confirmation money in an idea that many might have seen as a risky venture. But he saw a potential that few others did. From these humble beginnings, TeeShoppen grew rapidly. What began as a passion for quality clothing and a vision to deliver the very best without compromise became a reality that exceeded Benjamin’s wildest expectations. Over time, 3 square metres transformed into an impressive 5,000 square metres of warehouse and office space. Today, several years on, TeeShoppen stands strong with over 100 dedicated employees spread across five countries. Our mission has remained the same: to deliver high quality at competitive prices, without compromising on quality, convenience or service.
