Confidentiality of delivery and payment

When you pay for an order on the website, an order confirmation will be automatically sent to you as a customer after payment has been made. We will then pack and send you your order. TeeShoppen.com offers payment by credit card via PayPal and Quickpay.


Delivery and transportation

All orders are delivered with DHL. We will send our package with the Track & Trace number with full insurance. Orders are packaged and shipped within two (mostly one) business days.

The delivery time for our shipping companies is typically 1-3 business days, for when delivery can be expected. However, inventory statuses can cause unexpected delays.

If you choose a delivery to door, we will always send the package to your home door. If you’re not home when the shipping company arrives, they’ll put a note in your inbox that they’ll try again a few hours later.

Right of Appeal

The defect rules of the Purchase Act may apply to the purchase of goods.

When you buy from us as a consumer, you have 24 months to make a complaint. This means you can either complain, exchange, ask for a refund or lower the price of your next purchase depending on the situation. The requirement is that the complaint is substantiated and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.

You must file a complaint "within a reasonable time" after you discover a defect in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint is far more timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in the appropriate packaging, and be sure to receive a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

The package will be sent to our address, not to the parcel box or post office.

When returning your package, describe the problem of the goods in as much detail as possible.

  1. Print a return ticket and fill it out.
  2. Send the product back to our address and be sure to send the return label with it.
  3. When we receive the package, we will send the new sizes back.

We do not accept packages without delivery prepaid or packages to which require to be paid upon receiving.

Our extended right of cancellation is 101 days

We offer an extended return policy of 101 days for all unused products. After receiving the product, we strongly recommend checking the goods. If the packaging and / or contents are damaged upon receipt, report it immediately. You have the option to get your money back for up to 14 days after purchase and for up to 101 days you can return the product and receive a credit memo in the online store as well.

You have up to 14 days after purchasing the goods to be entitled of a full refund. You can also return products and receive a coupon for our online store for up to 101 days. The return option also does not apply to gift cards because an unique code has already been set.

As the buyer, you pay for the return shipment yourself if the return is due to the fact that you have regretted the purchase.

Returned products must be returned in the same condition and quantity as you received the products. In addition, it must not be used and all original labels must be intact.

If the above is found to be met, we will refund the purchase price paid (for the product itself) upon receipt of the returned order.


PLEASE NOTE: After 14 days, the product can only be changed to another size or a voucher.


General right of return - 14 days

You also have the option of exercising a general statutory right of return. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Let us know by e-mail at info@teeshoppen.com or use our standard cancellation form. Make it clear in this message that you would like to apply to our return policy.

If you simply refuse to accept the goods, you cannot cancel your purchase without clearly notifying us at the same time.

If you dispute the direct cost of returning the goods, you are responsible for the risk of delivery of the goods.


Return Policy

Once we have received your package and it meets our refund requirements, you will receive confirmation that we have received your package and your money will be refunded as soon as possible. It may take up to 14 business days for the package to be shipped before we can receive and process the package. We will usually refund the money on the same day we send you a confirmation of receipt of the goods. It can take up to two weeks for the money to appear in your account. This depends on your bank, which we have no influence over.

We recommend that you check your product for defects before removing our hanging sticker and getting rid of the original packaging.


We accept full return and refund for products when they are:

  • Unused - You have tried clothes but have not worn them.
  • New - they have not yet been washed
  • Damaged - if there is something wrong with the product when you receive it, return it as a complaint

  • With an unbroken ang tag - if you’ve removed a sticker from the neck, the hang thag isn’t intact. So let it sit while you try on clothes


Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original box / package and dust bag, as well as sent to with additional protective box - recycle the packed box to which it was sent in. All labels must remain in the accessory to be returned.

If the goods have been tried outside of the above, we will consider the goods to be used, which means that if you cancel your purchase, you will get back part or all of the purchase price, depending on the commercial value of the goods.


Refund of the purchase price

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the purchase price for the returned item. If the value decreases for which you are responsible for, it will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (but no additional costs if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest one, which we normally offer), without undue delay and in all circumstances no later than 14 days after we received notice of cancellation. We will make such a refund using the same payment method you made in the original transaction.

We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have previously shown a receipt for the return mail.

Right of Exchange

We also offer the option to change to the wrong size/color if this is desired. To obtain this right of exchange, the goods/products must be returned in the same condition and quantities, the original labels intact and without use. A prerequisite for such an exchange is also that you indicate the desired size/color when you are contacting us. If the right of exchange is not fulfilled, you have the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving of the goods.


Processing of Personal Data

Your information regarding your name, address, telephone number, etc. will be treated with utmost confidence, so it will only be used when we need to service your order. Statutory requirements require that we retain your personal information for a maximum of five years. TeeShoppen is responsible for the processing of personal data, so the data is stored on a secure server. We do not share your personal information with third parties. PayPal & QuickPay is responsible for TeeShoppen's payment solution, which means that TeeShoppen does not process your information when using payment cards.

As registered by TeeRetail ApS, you always have the right to object to registration. You also have the right to know what information about you has been registered. The buyer always has the rights under the Personal Data Act and you will be directed to the following contact address in this case: info@teeshoppen.com


The content of our website (text, graphics, logo, icons, images and information) belongs to TeeShoppen. Misuse and copying of materials without permission is therefore not permitted. In order to use our material, you must obtain permission from us.

If you would like to complain about your purchase, please contact josefine@teeshoppen.com. If no solution is found, you can lodge a complaint with the governments concerned in the area if the conditions are met.
