The two most important factors to consider when choosing a jacket are your preferred style and the practical features you want your jacket to have. This will quickly narrow down your options.

For example, have you realised that you’re looking for a jacket that will keep you really warm in winter, but which still looks smart? Then a high-quality woollen jacket could well be the right choice. The wool keeps you lovely and warm, whilst also feeling soft against your skin – at the same time, a woollen jacket has the added benefit of looking a little more exclusive and stylish, without necessarily being particularly expensive. Alternatively, you might be looking for a more practical jacket, in which case we’d recommend one with fleece (on the inside), as this material keeps out both wind and cold. You might want to choose a waterproof style that can be worn in all weathers. When choosing a jacket, it should ideally be one you can wear with everything in your wardrobe, as a jacket is a garment you wear every day. But why not do yourself a favour and have several different jackets to choose from, so you can change your look from day to day just as much as you like to do with your outfits?

Buy a lovely long wool coat for when you’re heading into town with your friends, going to a party, out for dinner with your partner or perhaps for a birthday. You can easily style the wool coat with a lovely dress, a skirt, or perhaps a stylish jumpsuit. Add your favourite ankle boots and you’ll easily have an outfit that’s perfect for a brilliant night out. You should also always have a practical jacket in your wardrobe – it makes it so much easier for you to brave the Danish weather, which isn’t always easy to predict. A practical long parka or short bomber jacket can be styled with any everyday outfit.
