In our returns portal, log in with your order number and your zip code.

1. Fill out the online form

Enter the fields with the order number and zip code, then select the products you want to return and the reason for the return.

2. Buy and print return label

Our return label costs €6, which will automatically be deducted if you choose a refund. If you choose an exchange or gift card, we will pay the return shipping.

3. Pack the products and attach your return label to the package

Pack your return shipment well so that the products are well protected. We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. Attach your return label carefully to the package - make sure that it covers the old label, so there is only one visible label on the package.

4. Drop off your return shipment

Send your return package back to a post office and await processing of your return. It can take up to 14 business days from the time you send the package back until we have received and processed it.
